Buckle Up Phone Down

At the New Madrid County Family Resource Center these Missouri Mentoring Partnership youth took the pledge that when they become drivers they will buckle up and put the phone down while driving!  They challenge everyone to do the same to keep them same on the roads!  Buckle Up Phone Down is a MoDot Project to help raise awareness about the dangers of being on the phone and driving. ...

The challenge is simple: when you get into any vehicle, buckle up your safety belt. If you are a driver, put the cellphone down. Turn it off if you have to.  Sign up yourself and challenge those you know at home, work, school or in your community to join you in buckling up and putting your phone down, every time you drive! -submitted photo
