CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Judith Wayne "Judy" Delrosa, 67, died Nov. 23, 2016, at Cape Girardeau.
Born May 21, 1949, in Conran, to the late Roxie Hailey and Mahlon Bailey, she was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and LeeAnn Newman of Oakland, Tenn., and Johnnie Brandon and Sarah Delrosa of Grafenouonr, Germany; three daughers and two sons-in-law, Judy and Mike Woods of Scott City, Lisa and Kevin Rodgers of Ashgrove and Johnna "Amber" Delrosa of Chaffee; three brothers, Leroy Bailey of Portageville, Dennis Bailey of New Madrid and David Bailey of Goodsprings, Tenn.; two sisters, Gail Sanders of Arlington, Texas, and Debra Ash of Cape Girardeau; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from noon until time of service at 1 p.m. Friday at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.
Burial will follow in the Mounds Park Cemetery in Lilbourn.
