DONIPHAN, Mo. -- Virgil Campbell, 93, died Jan. 22, 2017, in Doniphan.
Born May 15, 1923, in Sikeston, he was the son of the late Daisy and Louie Campbell.
Survivors include: eight children, Juanita Haynes of Sikeston, Barbra Schneider of Columbia, Ill., Janice Haas of Grandin, Shirley Sugg and Sharon Campbell of Millstadt, Ill., Virgil Campbell Jr. of Belleville, Ill., Janet Young of Tulsa, Okla., and Ann Costin of Whitehouse, Tenn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Christine Campbell; and one son, David Campbell
Services and burial were held Jan. 25 in Doniphan.
