DEXTER, Mo. - Phyllis Joan Hayden, 70, died March 9, 2017, at her home in Dexter.
Born Oct. 9, 1946, in Parma, daughter of the late Lloyd Hodge and Virginia Dorothy Moore Lutes, she had lived in Southeast Missouri most of her life and in Dexter the past 40 years. She had attended the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Dexter and was retired from Elders Manufacturing.
In 1970 in Morehouse, she married Bobby Gene Hayden, who survives of Dexter.
Also surviving are: four brothers, David Will Wasbutsky and Robert Sylvester Lutes of Dexter, Johnny Wasbutsky of Parma, and Carl Joseph Wasbutsky of West Paducah, Ky.; three sisters, Sandra Diannia Landers and Lorrie Ann Kimball of Dexter and Monica Rene Wasbutsky of Branson; three grandchildren, Kara Lynn Richie, Bailey Richie and Joe Thurston; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Carl Jeffery Richie; and one brother, Julius Wayne Wasbutsky.
Services were conducted Saturday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Dale Holman of Advance officiating.
Interment was in the Hagy Cemetery.
