LEXINGTON, Ky. - Janet Mae Farrenburg Hall, 70, died April 10, 2017, at Sayre Christian Village in Lexington.

Born May 31, 1946, in Sikeston, Mo., to the late Paul "Buck" Farrenburg and Lila Mae Snow Farrenburg, she was a wife, mother and grandmother, a graduate of Matthews High School and a retired licensed practical nurse.

On May 15, 1964, she was married to David C. Hall, who survives of Lexington.

Other survivors include: four brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Cindy Farrenburg of Wichita, Kan., Danny and Dana Farrenburg and Tim and Martha Ann Farrenburg of New Madrid, Mo., and Wayne and Debbie Farrenburg of Matthews, Mo.; one sister and brother-in-law and Wanda Dale and Lee Naas of Chesterfield, Mo.; three children and two sons-in-law, Lori and Eric Smith of Smyrna, Tenn., Tammy and Michael Whitlock of Lexington and James David "Davy" Hall of Nashville; and two grandchildren, Miles Hall Whitlock and Maeve Hall Whitlock. Also surviving are her friends Carolyn Farrenburg and Lynn Farrenburg.

In addition to her parents, one brother Garry Farrenburg preceded her in death.

A "celebration of life" memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. May 20 at the historic Farrenburg Church and fellowship hall in Farrenburg. Please feel free to come and share your memories of Janet.
