Stanley Partin

PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. -- Stanley A. Partin, 61, died Jan. 19, 2018, at his home in Portageville.

Born June 3, 1956, in Hayti, son of Shirley Ann Nanney Partin of Portageville and the late Bobby A. Partin, he worked most of his life in the trucking industry. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Portageville and the Bootheel Riders.

On July 27, 1974, in Portageville, he married Joy Lafferty in, who survives of the home.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Homer and Rowena Nanney and George and Tennie Partin.

Other survivors include: three sons and two daughters-in-law, Chris Wendy and Parti, Corey Partin and Marcus and Misti Partin of Portageville; one daughter in and son-in-law, Cari and Chris Littleton of Portageville; one brother, Steve Partin of Portageville; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Portageville. The Rev. John Compere will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Portageville.

Pallbearers will be: Roger Crafton, Wally Kellams Claudie Cook Sr, Little Mike Cook, Gene Fowler and David Klipfel.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Mike Glover, Ronnie Klipfel, Pete Klipfel, Jerry Scherer, Ronnie Fisher, Mike Cook Sr. and Harold Dial
