MOREHOUSE, Mo. -- Connie Louise Dock Smith, 66, died Sept. 14, 2017, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born Aug. 8, 1951, in Sikeston, to the late Murrell and Stella Beavers Gosnell, she was of the Baptist belief and had been a beautician at several beauty shops in the area. She had also worked at Randy's Pharmacy.

On Feb. 6, 1970, in Morehosue, she married Jerry Dock, and he preceded her in death July 6, 1998. She later married Oscar Allen "Bud" Smith on March 15, 2005, in Morehouse, and he survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Stacy Dock and Amanda Andrews of New Madrid and Wendy and Steve Hamill of Morehouse; two stepdaughters, Pam and Trish Dock of Independence; one brother, Robert Gosnell of Dexter; two sisters, Judy Greene of Morehouse and Susan Chadd of Sikeston; four grandchildren, Sonny Dock, Celeste Hailey, Chloe Dozier and Fritz Hamill; and 10 stepgrandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Besides her first husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one stepson, Michael Dock; one brother, Ronald Gosnell Sr.; and one sister, Linda Harmon.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
