SIKESTON -- A vehicle pursuit involving Missouri State Highway Patrol resulted in a vehicle crash and foot chase on Marian Street early Tuesday in Sikeston, according to Lt. Austin C. Henley with Sikeston Department of Public Safety. The car reportedly hit a house and pole. Southeast Elementary, which is located nearby, was placed on lockdown due to the activity, but all three subjects were taken into custody, and the lockdown was released, Henley said.
