CHAFFEE, Mo. — Dorothy Lee Wolfe, 90, died Oct. 4, 2018, at Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau.
Born Jan. 21, 1928, in Delta, daughter of the late Wallace and Nettie Montgomery Mansker, she was a retired librarian for the Chaffee Public Library. She also worked as a clerk for Whitakers-Ace Hardware Chaffee and was a church secretary and member of the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee. She was a member of Chaffee Ladies Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 3127 and Cape Girardeau Disable American Veterans Auxiliary, Chapter 16.
On May 21, 1946, she married Alfred Ernest “Tom” Wolfe, and he survives of the home.
In addition to her husband, survivors include: a son, David Wolfe of Noble, La.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Harold Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau and Janet and Bill Raber of Attalla, Ala.; and eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee with the Rev. Gwen Streeter officiating.
Burial will in the Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
