Vehicle overturns

Three Sikeston teenagers were injured after their vehicle overturned around 3:20 p.m. Thursday on North Ingram Road and Campanella Drive in Sikeston, according to Sikeston Department of Public Safety incident reports. The vehicle which contained four Sikeston residents — three 16 year olds and one 15 year old — attempted to pass another vehicle and left the roadway on the west side, according to Capt. Austin Henley with DPS . The driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned, landing on its top, he said. All four occupants escaped the vehicle. Three sought treatment for injuries at local hospitals.
