MALDEN, Mo. — Gladys Naomia Cagle, 99, died Feb. 12, 2019, at Ridgeview Living Community in Malden.
Born May 30, 1919, in New Madrid County, daughter of the late Henry and Varinda Leonard Hatchel, she had lived in Parma all her life and was a member of the Parma General Baptist Church. She had retired from the Brown Shoe Co.
On July 11, 1936, in Bloomfield, she married Roy James Cagle, who preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 1957.
Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Faye and Connie Glover of Cape Girardeau and Dottie and James Rackley of Winfield; and three grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Hatchel.
Visitation will be from noon until service time at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
