BLOOMFIELD, Mo. — Richard May, 74, died March 10, 2019, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Born Feb. 17, 1945, in Bloomfield, son of the late Clacy and Nellie Irene Pry May, he had lived in Bloomfield all of his life. He was a retired manager with International Hat, a consultant with Cap America and was a member of the Hill's General Baptist Church in Bloomfield.
On Oct. 19, 1963, in Bloomfield, he married to Deloris Craig, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: a special nephew and his wife, Greg and Mary Ramsey of Cape Girardeau; and lifelong friend, Sue Tippen of Bloomfield.
He was preceded in death by one son, David May; one brother, Robert May; and one sister, Juanita Reeves.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill's Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Burial will follow with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
