Had enough of barking dogs

There is a dog on either Tanglewood or Thornwood, in the 600 block, that barks constantly, day and night. It is disturbing the neighbors day and night. It is a difficult situation trying to be a nice neighbor and not say anything, but this is out of hand. Also, it is impossible to pinpoint the exact yard it is coming from. My entire household is up all night at times due to this loud barking constantly. I do not understand how people can be so rude and allow their dogs to disturb everyone like this. Many neighbors are discussing this but we do not know how to handle it and keep peace in the neighborhood nor do we know the exact house at this time. Is there somewhere people can report barking dogs anonymously? Thank you for your time.
