Local students are awarded scholarships to attend Southeast

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — The following students have been awarded scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2019-2020 academic year:

Landon Hahs of Benton has received the Copper Dome Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. Hahs is the son of Brian Hahs of Jackson, Missouri, and Melissa Hahs of Benton.

He will be a 2019 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School.

Claire Conaway of Charleston has received the Copper Dome Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. Conaway is the daughter of Deron Conaway of Charleston, Missouri, and Amy Conaway of Charleston. She will be a 2019 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School.

Dawson Shipman of Bell City has received the Copper Dome Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. Shipman is the son of Dennis and Sandra Meador of Bell City.

He will be a 2019 graduate of Bell City High School.

Jordan Richardson of Dexter has received the Copper Dome Scholarship. Richardson is the son of Jennifer Walton of Dexter. He was a 2019 graduate of Dexter High School.
