Lesson in art

World renowned artist Don Sahli 57, of Golden, Colo., presented an artist talk and demonstration Saturday in the Art Spirit Studio at The Inside Story in Sikeston. The American painter and teacher is the guest artist for the months of May and June at the Sikeston Depot Museum. A reception in his honor will be from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.Friday at the Depot Museum. Sahla will also conduct workshops DATES in Sikeston. Sahli is also conducting a “Still Life” workshop this week and a “Plein Air” workshop May 13-14 in Sikeston.
