Clarence Gragert

MINER, Mo. — Clarence Carl Gragert, 96, died July 5, 2019, at Miner Nursing Center in Miner.

Born July 9, 1922, in Blue Hill, Neb., to the late Walter and Hauke Margaret Goos Gragert, he was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston and retired in 1982 from International Harvester, Inc. where he was a district sales manager.

In 1947 he married Vera Good Gragert who preceded him in death on Sept. 17, 2015.

He is survived by one nephew, Steven Gragert.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10 a.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston with Rev. Alan Wollenburg, pastor at Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston officiating.

Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.

Pallbearers will be: Bart Grant, Dwayne Lorenz, Erich Mueller, Brandon Tinnin, Norman Werner and Steve Gragert. Honorary pallbearers will be Ernie Froehlich, Ed Gragert and Michael Gragert.
