JoAnna Eastep

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — JoAnna Eastep, 43, passed away July 9, 2019, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Oct. 14, 1975, in Stuttgart, Ark., daughter of the late Dillon and Betty Jo Hubbard Eastep II, she was a member of Living Waters Church. She attended Kenny Rogers Children's Center in Sikeston, where she was a poster child and helped with the annual telethon.  She was made an honorary public safety officer in 2017.

Survivors include: one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Emory Oliver of Sikeston; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Dillon Eastep III; and her maternal grandparents, George and Eufella Hubbard Sr.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Friday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. Maxey Schrieber and Jason Schrieber will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
