COMMERCE, Mo. — Barbara Ann Jackson, 76, passed away Aug. 16, 2019, at her home in Commerce.
Born Aug. 8, 1943, in Parma, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Blythe Whitaker Lawrence.
Her husband, Bennie Jackson, survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Christy Ramsey of Scott City; one son and daughter-in-law, Cliff and Tessa Jackson of Sikeston; five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Lorene Townsend of Parma, Thelma and Bobby Tatum of Batesville, Ark., Geraldine and Glen Atchley of Weir, Kan., Carol Lawrence of Parma and Vivian Hunt of Dexter; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Charles and Gail Lawrence and Jimmy Lawrence of Sikeston and Harold Lawrence of Dexter; grandchildren, Micah and Matt Boyer, Logan Potter, Chase and Amanda White, Blakeley and Rhett Jackson; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Benny Jo “BJ” Jackson; one daughter, Tammy Jackson; and two brothers, Earnest Lawrence and Robert Lawrence.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. to service time at 1 p.m. Thursday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Jackson, Austin Brawley, Chris Lawrence, Steve Lawrence, Daniel Mims and Josh Townsend.
