SIKESTON — Betty Crosier, age 84, passed away Aug. 20, 2019, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born May 10, 1935, in East Prairie, to the late Raymond and Augusta (Knight) Lewis. She was a member of Miner Baptist Church and had worked for Good Humor-Breyers before retiring.

On Oct. 21, 1961, at the First Baptist Church in Charleston, she married Robert E. Crosier Sr. "Cool Pop,” and he preceded her in death on June 30, 2018.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert Edward and Kristi Crosier of Sikeston; one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri Kay and Pete Glaus; one brother, Bill Lewis of East Prairie; one sister, Lue Lynn Wright of St. Louis; three grandchildren and their spouses, Paul Daniel Glaus III and Jacqueline of Sikeston, Tori Wallace and Devin Wallace of Morley and Kramer Crosier of Sikeston; and three great-grandchildren, Luke Glaus, Gunner Wallace, Waylon Wallace.

Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 23 from 6 p.m. until time of memorial services at 7 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Mitchell Jackson, pastor of Miner Baptist Church, will officiate.
