Dennis Humphrey
MONTGOMERY CITY, Mo. — Dennis Ray Humphrey, 66, formerly of Charleston, Mo., died March 20, 2020, at his home in Montgomery City.
Born Oct. 20, 1953, at Wyatt, son of Verla Mae Carter Humphrey of East Prairie and the late Edward Lee Humphrey, he had lived in the St. Louis area many years and was employed with the Laborers Union Local 3.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: his companion, Darrlene Calloway; his children, Dennis Page (Ashleigh) Humphrey of Troy, Julie Marie Humphrey of Vandalia and Dustin Ryan Humphrey of Sikeston; his brothers and sisters, Terry Humphrey and Jeff Humphrey of Charleston and Jackie Meeks and Carla Adams of East Prairie; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to service time at 1 p.m. Sunday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. The Rev. Jared Jackson will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
Pallbearers will be: Page Humphrey, Carven Humphrey, Terry Humphrey Jr., Eric Humphrey, Nathan Humphrey and James Miller.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Eric Humphrey Jr., Tyler Humphrey, Leo Hale, Emory McKinney and Austin Humphrey.
