Republicans still to blame

I agree with the Speakout caller that Republicans are to blame for where the country is now. Missouri has been embarrassed by the governor’s poor management of COVID and the vaccine distribution. Trump brought us to the brink of disaster and nurturing an attack on our democracy. Now there’s a study that says 40% of COVID deaths could have been prevented by better response, actually any response from the Trump administration. We need to vote them all out.

Vaccine not going to right people

A Speakout caller wants to know where her vaccine is. Your vaccine went into the arms of the hospital Board of Directors and their families. Along with the families and friends of their doctors. I challenge a newspaper reporter to prove me wrong.

There’s this thing called HIPAA which protects patients data.

Trump to blame for mail delays

What a good question in Speakout. Why is our mail so delayed? Because Trump appointed Louis DeJoy to run the post office. He has no postal service experience, but he was in charge of fund raising for the 2020 National Convention. What could possibly go wrong?

Social equality needed

Racial diversity brings with it cultural diversity of the races. Now we need social equality of our racial, cultural bonds to heal our society. We have been through a cultural revolution you see.

Biden immigration plan is stupid

The stupidity of the Biden administration on opening our southern border again to all these immigrants is terrifying. No testing for COVID, no masks and yet we citizens are required to wear them. They’re putting some of them up in hotels at the taxpayers expense. It’s certainly not America first anymore. Absolute stupidity.

School rankings are terrible

Last night, I got on my computer and went to the Missouri State Department of Education website and looked up school district rankings. Lo and behold, the Sikeston R-6 district, was ranked 385 out of 480. Surely our school board can do better than that. I think it’s terrible that the Sikeston Public Schools is ranked almost last in the state of Missouri.

Not sure which website you were visiting, but the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education does not provide numerical rankings of school districts on its website or in general. Its website does provide various data and statistics for individual school districts.

Sad people can’t work together

It is sad in the United States we cannot work together for the good of all but we fight each other for the good of the individual. It starts with no bipartisanship in government. It is in marriage and relationships and maybe it exists in evil groups and their influence in society, like the counter-culture of the mob.

Remember the Republicans

We can all remember the Republicans that voted to acquit Donald Trump for all the awful stuff he has done.

Global warming talks freeze

Why is it that when the temperature falls to below record lows and into the Gulf Coast of America in Texas and John Kerry has been appointed to go around the world talking about climate change and global warming, you never hear it when it’s this cold?

Salt the parking lots

Over here in Sikeston I just wanna know. The stores want the customers to come in and spend money. But the stores cannot spend a little bit of their own money to get these streets clean, their driveways clean. I know I can’t mention no names but when you got 100 cars in a parking lot, 20 cars in a parking lot, you can get a truck out there to spread salt and get that ice melted. We’re taking a chance to go in your business and spend our money and you can’t even put no money into your parking lot. That’s a shame. Especially a big cooperation. That’s on the owner. That’s the manager of the store trying to save money for the big billion dollar companies. And that’s all it comes back to is the manager. And that’s a shame. Now these small stores I can understand but c’mon get the sidewalks clean. Get up by your front door clean. It doesn’t take that much money to do that. Maybe $150.

The end is unclear but you can help make it better. Stop the hate, Stop the politics, Stop the deaths, Just get your shots, we have to get thru this pandemic.
