Charles Heppe
BERTRAND, Mo. — Charles Heppe, age 81, of Bertrand, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on Oct. 15, 1939, in Supply, Arkansas, son of McCellen Dewey Heppe and LaBertha Catherine (Purl) Heppe. He and Linda Northern were united in marriage on May 14, 1958. She proceeded him in death in March 2017.
Survivors include: his children, Charles Heppe Jr. of Charleston, Gary Heppe of Bertrand and Frank Heppe of New Hampshire; Barbara Matney, Ladonna Heppe and Evelyn VanWinkle, all of Bertrand; one brother, Earl Heppe of Essex; 12 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda; one daughter, Alice Jones; six brothers; and eight sisters.
Liley Cremation Services in Cape Girardeau was in charge of the arrangements.
