Stop the music

I would like to speak out about the noise the cars are going by resident’s houses that have loud music. I thought at one time Sikeston had a law against loud music. Apparently it is getting worse. My street used to be a quiet street, over here at Broadway and Indiana Street. Every day and every night there are cars going by with loud music that wakes us up. My house even shakes sometimes because of the loud music. Can somebody stop this?
