Recycling the bricks

The 110-year-old brick which once made up the Shainberg Building in New Madrid will find a new use in the state of Mississippi. The city of New Madrid has contracted for the removal of the debris and plans to clean up the site for future development. Pictured is Tommy Jones uses a small excavator to bring bricks to Paris Tipler. Tiper piles usuable bricks which then are cleaned and placed on pallets by other workers.
