SIKESTON — Visitation for Billy “Bill” Hailey, 90, who died Dec. 1, 2021, will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston, where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15 with Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
