John Noe

NEW MADRID, Mo. — John Will “Twister” Noe, born July 31, 1928, in Catron, Missouri, to Anna Pearl Eiceman and John Will Noe Sr., passed away on Feb. 5, 2022, at the New Madrid Living Center in New Madrid at the age of 93 years, 6 months and 5 days.

He was united in marriage to Susie Nell (Crockett) Noe; she preceded him in death on Sept. 13, 2012. Also preceding him in death were his parents, Anna Pearl Eiceman and John Will Noe Sr.; one brother, Doyle Wayne “Kelley” Noe Sr.; and one sister, Jo Anne Cambron.

He owned and operated Noe’s Discount Store. He also raised cattle. He loved anything that kept him outdoors.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny (Judy) Noe of Idella, Missouri, Tim (Patty) Noe of Lilbourn, Missouri; one sister, Helen Noe Marshall of Moody, Alabama; two grandchildren, Hannah Noe, Melissa (Johny) Loflin; two great-grandchildren, Ellie Loflin and Charlotte Loflin; and a host of many other relatives and friends.

There will be memorial service at a later date with DeLisle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
