Coaches coach; parents complain

I went out today to see the New Madrid County girls middle school softball team to see if anything has changed. It is truly a shame how the coach treats the girls on that team. How is he supposed to feel any confidence in them if they don’t get a chance to play. They went to the practices, they made the team, they should be able to play like everyone else on the team. It’s all about who your last name is and who you know. They may not be home run hitters or first base catchers but they still deserve a chance to play, just like everyone else. And at the end of the day they lost both games anyway.

Now I see you can put on cowboy boots and a cowboy hat and we’re all cowboys.
