Quiet down the cars

Have you ever stood in your yard and heard a car rolling their motors six or seven blocks away? I have. Also in the morning, outside my window, at 5:30 to 7 a.m., three-foot away, I get the same opportunity. What’s wrong with the enforcement of the sound ordinance?
