How many deaths from guns?

I just saw on television on the news we lost a million people to COVID. I’d like to know how many people have died from gunshot wounds.

According to the Gun Violence Archive, there were 45,005 gun violence deaths in 2021 and 43,670 in 2020.

Keep up the good work

Standard Democrat, thank you for reporting the local news. We don’t get any from our local TV station. Keep up the great reporting.

Thank you.

Trump is to blame, too

Trump’s tariffs have finally hit us hard. The tariffs on foreign steel and aluminum have caused the car manufacturers to raise their prices so high that few can afford to buy a new car. New construction and manufacturing is slowing or being delayed due to the shortage of materials. Tariffs on lumber and wood products have increased the cost of houses and people can’t afford to buy new houses or remodel existing houses. Imported food, fruits and vegetables prices are sky high. Many jobs and layoffs are occurring because of material shortages caused by these tariffs. Tariffs on Canadian Baby food formula supplements have created shortages, hoarding and even deaths for children depending on those products. Our current inflation is a combination of these tariffs, COVID-19 and the oil supply shortages created by Ukrainian war, not just the current administration.

Vote on it

When our lawmakers and preachers decide to put abortion laws on a ballot, only then will I accept the real choice of the people.
