Linda Collier

KEWANEE, Mo. — Linda Helen Tollison Collier, 73, of Kewanee died June 30, 2022, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was born Sept. 4, 1948, in Sikeston, Missouri, to William and Helen Rhodes Tollison. She married Victor Duaine Collier on April 1, 1966, at Matthews Baptist Church.

She was a teacher for 40 years at Lilbourn Elementary.

She is survived by her husband, Victor Duaine Collier of Kewanee; three sons, James (Christine) Collier of Kewanee, Christopher (Kelley) Collier of New Madrid, Missouri, and Brent (Christina) Collier of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Larry (Linda) Tollison of Marston, Missouri, and Jimmy (Becky) Tollison of Van Buren, Arkansas; three sisters, Sondra Faulkner of Jackson, Missouri, Paula (Bobby) Maupin of Mount Juliet, Tennessee and Pat (Glen) Hessling of Sikeston; 12 grandchildren, Damian, Devin, Erin, Drew, Alec, Austin, Lindsey, Eli, Jeremiah, Madison, Chloe and Lucas; eight great-grandchildren, Colt, Ora, Zoey,Victoria, Matthew, Bonnie, Willow and Cash; and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Memorial service will be at a later date.
