Neal Halford
RISCO, Mo. — Neal Alan Halford, 69, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.
Born Oct. 2, 1952, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, son of the late Paul Halford and Mildred Chartrau-Halford, he was a graduate of New Madrid High School and Memphis Technical College. He was known in this area as the best parts man in Southeast Missouri for over 40 years. He was also parts manager for Car Quest Auto Parts.
On Feb. 14, 1988, in Tallapoosa, Missouri, he married Shelia Edwards, who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: two sons, Ryan (Kristen) Halford of New Madrid and John Paul Halford of St. Louis, Missouri; one sister, Paula (Rickey) Neal of New Madrid; his two loving grandchildren, Annasten Halford and Isbella Halford of New Madrid; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 14 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, where services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 15 with Pastor Jay Lyles of the Kennett Church of Christ officiating.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be: Michael Irvan, Ryan Harris, Justin Lancaster, Danny Langley, Rick Walker and Ryan Halford.
