First Kids ribbon cutting

The Sikeston Regional Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting for the newly renovated First Kids area of the First United Methodist Church. Cutting the ribbon is Jennifer Moxley, lead pastor of the First United Methodist Church, with Robin Meadows (First Kids minister leader) and Rachelle O’Guinn (First Kids ministry) at her side. The hope and vision was to create space for community and fellowship, so in addition to Sunday morning ministry, the First United Methodist Church will be kicking off the Play Café in the new First Kids space. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon the indoor and outdoor play areas will be open to the public and coffee will be provided.
