Diane Woods

NEW MADRID, Mo. — Diane Margaret Woods, 78, of New Madrid passed away Aug.10, 2023, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Diane was born Feb. 27, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Mitchell Goc and Margaret Mary Russo Goc. She was married to Donald L. Woods, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: children, Jeff and Eva Mansfield, Jeanine and Stephen Arcipowski and Margaret Mansfield; sister, Darlene Goc; seven grandchildren, Adam, Savannah, Brianna, Allison, Micaela, Daniel and Nicholas; five great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Elaine Goc.

One brother, Mitchell Goc Jr., also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15 at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 16.
