NEW MADRID, Mo. — SEMO Health Network staff, Board of Directors and design team gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at the site of the new SEMO Health Network located at 655 US 61 in New Madrid. Collaborating on the project are Toth and Associates Inc.; Kiefner Brothers; VVELL Studio; Lambert Engineering and Surveying; Smith and Boucher Engineering; and Dille Pollard Architecture.
