SHS/SPS Foundation March Students of the Month named

SIKESTON — Hailey Caton and Chloe Lin were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for March.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2023-2024 school year. Students also receive a certificate and gift card from the Foundation.

Caton, who is the daughter of Andy and Leah Caton, serves as head cheerleader, and she is active in Red Peppers, NHS, DECA, Youth Advisory Council and Link Crew. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, playing guitar and singing.

Lin is the daughter of Jenny Lin and Gang Lin. She is active in track and field, tennis, Key Club, DECA, Mercury Youth Exchange, Spread the Love and Youth Advisory Council. In her spare time, she enjoys free-time running, playing tennis and traveling with her friends. Occasionally, she puts time in learning more about UGC and trading stock, which she enjoys.
