Too many animals running loose

Something needs to be done about animals running lose on the 600 block of Taylor Street. There are both dogs and cats running wild, and the animal control has nothing about it. I do not appreciate them using my yard as their bathroom, and the cats climbing on both mine and my wife’s vehicles. I know Sikeston has a leash law but, it’s not being enforced. Please resolve this issue. I would appreciate it.

About birth

The law of birth. You shall set apart to the Lord all that open the womb. The child of one’s womb was holy. They were to Be treated as such. Birth was sacred. Life was a miracle. And one’s children, as represented by first born, belonged to God.
