Together, they raised $1,793.73 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, adding to the 11-year total of collected money from the past trike-a-thons to make the grand total over $62,000.

Each year the school honors their own survivors which include: Ali-Brooke Yant, Savannah Smith, Pyper Rendon, Hutsen Cade and Reagann Duenne.

“Thank you so much to McDonalds’s grocery store for donating the hot dogs and buns, Beauton’s for donating the bike, Lorrie Christian for helping us to keep safe each year, all who purchased or were a part of the T-shirt sales, the community, volunteers, staff and most of all our preschool students who are learning at a very young age how to help others in need,” said Leslie Allgier, coordinator of the East Prairie Elementary School preschool’s St. Jude Trike-a-thon.
