Dannie Goad
SIKESTON — Dannie Dwight Goad, age 76, passed away on Sept. 18, 2024, at the Cedargate Healthcare in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
He was born on Nov. 21, 1947, in Dexter, Missouri, to the late Dwight and Martha Elizabeth Jennings Goad. He served in the United States Army and was a Barber in Sikeston for 55 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Kim (Randy) Hurt of Sikeston and Tara (Randall) Briggs of Sikeston; and two grandchildren, Danielle Hurt and Briara Bryant; and one great-granddaughter, Ava Grace Bryant.
The family had a private ceremony on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024. He will be laid to rest in the Bloomfield Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
