The 33rd Circuit Chief Juvenile Officer Phillip Warren and Sikeston Department of Public Safety Chief Jim McMillen spoke to all Sikeston Public Schools’ students in fifth through 12th on Thursday, Sept. 19 about the legal repercussions of making social media threats and of sharing social media threats.
