City of Sikeston officials send letters/surveys to randomly selected households

SIKESTON — Letters have been sent to randomly selected Sikeston households asking to take part in a brief, but important, survey, acording to City of Sikeston offiicals.

“These letters are legitimate, and your participation is essential in helping gain a deeper understanding of our area’s economic landscape, which will guide future planning and development efforts. Completion of this survey will also help bring grant dollars to the City of Sikeston,” the City of Sikeston said in a news release.

All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete. Individuals can complete the survey by returning the provided, self-addressed stamped envelope or online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KPWGR8J

The survey requires a survey ID and only those receiving letters will have the survey IDs. There is no compensation for participating or penalty for not participating. Households were chosen at random.
