Kelly Starbuck
SIKESTON — Kelly Dawn Starbuck passed away on Saturday morning Nov, 30, 2024, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston. She was born Nov. 19, 1962, to the late Raymond and Barbara Bryant Lawrence in Dexter, Missouri.
She married the love of her life, Michael Starbuck, on June 30, 1984, in Sikeston.
Kelly was a hairdresser for most of her life, until she retired. She loved getting to talk to people who sat in her chair and genuinely enjoyed visiting with them each day. Kelly cut hair for the whole Morehouse, Missouri, community.
Kelly Dawn Starbuck is survived by her son, Logan Starbuck of Morehouse; uncle, Sonny “Marshall” (Donna) Bryant of Olive Branch, Mississippi; uncle, Frankie (Sue) Lawrence of Chicago, Illinois; and two very special family friends, Patricia and Betty Wilson of Sikeston.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Lawrence.
A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
