PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — Phillip Wayne ''Doc'' Smith died Dec. 13, 2024, at Mercy Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at noon Monday, Dec. 16 at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville with the Rev. Steve Bradford officiating.
