ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Owen Rea Palmore passed on December 12, 2024 after his battle with brain cancer. Owen was born July 8, 2013, to parents Erik Palmore and Olivia Rea.

Owen was intelligent, kind, and loved to be silly. He had a beautiful smile with dimples. He loved school, math, building things, puzzles, taekwondo, and bowling. He had a sweet tooth and loved to sneak treats. He loved reading with his mom and playing with his brother. He liked listening to music, playing video games, and following Lego instructions. He taught himself how to solve the Rubric’s cube and could do it in under a minute. He was shy, but strong and brave.

Owen is survived by his loving parents; his younger brother, Elroy; his Grammie and Poppy, Patsy and Benny Eason of (Sikeston, Missouri) and his Nana and Gramps, Joyce and Tom Rea. He is predeceased by Dinky, his paternal grandfather, Michael Palmore.

A Memorial Service will be held at Concord Church, 13775 Tesson Ferry Road, St. Louis, Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024, at 6 p.m. Dress is casual, and "Owen casual" (crocs and Hawaiian shirts) attire is encouraged. Visitation at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friends may sign the family's online guestbook at Schrader.com.
