PORTAGEVILLE - The Missouri Highway Patrol reported an accident early today near Portageville which sent three people to area hospitals. Patrice M. Armstrong, 33, of Bartlett, Tenn., was traveling south on Interstate 55, four miles north of Portageville, when she ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch embankment.
