I'm reading SpeakOut and I feel like the police might have more time in the city of Sikeston to worry about the limbs on the street and panhandlers if they didn't have to worry so much about druggies, murderers, thieves and robbers. There is some serious crime going on in the city of Sikeston, in my opinion. Some of these people need to get a larger view...
