I know when the Cotton Carnival and the rodeo come to Sikeston, the women's line to the bathroom is almost two times longer than the men's line. I know that's because the women have to do more with their clothing in the stalls and men do not. As a transgender standing in the line with women like that, is it possible for someone to maybe put a urinal on the wall in the women's bathroom so they don't have to go in and out of the stall. I was just wondering if someone could look into that...
