Speakout
(Opinion ~ 07/01/20)
Spectrum policy, for one thing their rates continue to increase. A friend of mine called them to tell them that she would be moving at the end of June. Well, lo and behold, they cut her off that day. She tried to get it corrected, but no, they had her charged for reinstallation, $111. She thought she was being helpful to let them know her plans. She had no phone, no TV and no computer. A warning to everyone. Do not call them until the day you move or they will cut you off.
