Here we go again. So Sikeston teachers get extra days off because the first month of school was so stressed? Really? You don’t hear that happening with nurses, or police or fire or even you guys at the newspaper. Only teachers can work three months and then go back to work for a month and be so stressed they need extra time off. They’re always saying people couldn’t handle their job. I think of it the other way. Teachers sure couldn’t handle it outside of the teaching world.
