SIKESTON — “Blackie” Shapley Wilford Williams, age 85, passed away on Feb. 20, 2023, at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born on April 7, 1937, in New Madrid, Missouri, to the late Shapley and Beatrice Metheny Williams.
