CHARLESTON, Mo. — A weekend traffic stop in Charleston resulted in the arrest of an Illinois man on drug trafficking charges. “On the morning of Aug. 17, our agency was notified of a possible stolen vehicle by the Flock license plate reader system,” said Charleston Department of Public Safety Director Robert E.
